Surprise!

I know a lady who goes out of her way to make others feel good. She will do a full-blown art project and decorate someone’s office. No one asks her to and it’s not a part of her job description. But this is how she brings joy and surprise to the people she works with.

What do you do to bring joy to people?

You may have heard that surprise and delight should be an important part of what you do on-air, or that you should look for ways to create that fear of missing out. It’s all good advice. So, when the rest of the world (social media, news outlets, YouTube vlogs) is spewing debate topics you can surprise your audience and bring the joy.

The greatest joy comes from giving, so give them something they can take to work or take home that will brighten their day.  It could be a hilarious game, an uplifting story, or a good, solid example of how to bless someone else.
